By connecting suppliers with local voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, we ensure that the commitments made through tenders deliver real, measurable impact on the ground.

This approach enables suppliers to tailor their social value pledges in line with local needs  from supporting mental health initiatives and community outreach programmes to improving employment pathways and reducing health inequalities.

We’re also working to open up procurement opportunities to a wider range of organisations, including SMEs, social enterprises, and underrepresented businesses. By doing so, we are helping build a more inclusive and resilient supply chain that reflects the communities we serve.
