Many commitments rely on\, and are strengthened by\, partnerships between suppliers and VCSEs. Strong relationships\, transparent delivery processes\, and credible reporting pathways are essential to achieving genuine\, lasting impact through contracts. \nYet in practice\, challenges persist. VCSE partners can be difficult to identify during fast-paced bidding processes\, leaving suppliers to make assumptions. Contracting authorities often struggle to evaluate vague delivery plans and to distinguish realistic\, achievable bids.
